Basically what the title says. I'm trying to find a garbage 30% scroll that is cheap and readily available on the FM in bulk that works on items that are available from NPC stores for low prices. Any suggestions or tips are welcome, thanks for your time.
Well any accuracy/hp/defense 30's are saved, and when i have enough, i go to the lith harbor shop and try my luck on the items there! If i scroll anything good with hp scrolls, i hold on to them and wait for people in fm to write "B>HP STUFF FOR ZAKUM", and i just give them to those people!
