Hey guys, I'm currently making a Bishop to sell leech (low level first and then move to skeles) to fund my future character. However, I've noticed that there's a "Duku" leech that seems pretty popular, it seems to require 3 mages though, right? As a new player, should I just keep going with my bishop and aim for skeles right? Making 3 mages seems really hardcore, at least when first starting. Thoughts? Thanks.
One more question, for duku leech all mages need to be able to 1 hit? I've seen it's like 3 lvl 130s and if all of them need to 1 hit then that would require an insane amount of TMA haha
All 3 mages must 2-hit with 2 arch mages (FP or IL) on the sides and the bishop in top middle for hs, nobody really sells 1-hit trio duku leech. It's also ok for the bishop to 3-hit if u sell for slightly lower price.
Gearing up your bishop and continuing to level it up isn't mutually exclusive from prepping yourself for a trio duku leech setup -- by continuing to advance your bishop, you are really opening up both options. For both skeles and duku leech, you'd probably want to get MW20 on your bishop (leechers who are washing often want this) and a decent amount of TMA (whether to 2 hit dukus, or 1 hit skeles). I don't know the exact TMA needed to 2 hit duku for bishops, but I believe it is less than Skeles, which is 1295. As for making the 2 mages, it's really not as hard as it looks. At lvl 130 my archmages were able to 2 hit dukus very easily with minimal funding and cheap elemental wands. Since you already have a bishop, leeching two mages shouldn't be too hard, and f/p mages get through 3rd job pretty fast. Ideally for the most flexible setup, you'd have a bishop that can both 1 hit skeles and 2 hit dukus, and have 2 archmages that can 2 hit duku as well. This would allow you to sell dukus when there are people looking for dukus (with 1 bishop + 2 archmages), or sell skeles when there are people looking for skeles (with 1 bishop). However, simply selling skeles with 1 bishop is more than sufficient for funding a decent character in my opinion. Long story short, having a decently geared bishop will open many doors in terms of leeching. Hope this helped
Thanks so much for the detailed answer! I was indeed thinking about it, because I thought you'd have to 1 hit with the archmages as well and that's why I thought it was super insane hahaha but yeah it doesn't seem that hard especially when my bishop could low level leech em both easily to 130. Will definitely focus on bishop for now, thanks!
