What's sxe*.tmp

    Just wondering if there's a confirmed reason as to why the client creates tmp files name sxe<random3digitHexNumber>.tmp in this version and uses them as slaves to do all its dirty work. ;)

    I see, that seems true, as I can run the file as an executable. Does packing it help throw off A/V when they scan the installer? P:


    ...Or, is this how the V83 client worked straight from Wizet, since killing the original process while leaving the process created from the unpacked client kills the GUI.

    Just wondering if this is a custom thing you guys came up with or straight out of the box maple.

    Well it is now, I'm using an older version of the client then that still doesn't.
