Closed When I try to log in I get the attached message

I have restarted everything and re installed everything its still not working.

 

This happens for all my accounts

 

When was the last time you successfully logged onto this character?

 

I think like a day or two ago but it’s been a crazy week so I don’t really remember.

 

Can you privately message me the account username that you're having this issue with? I'll have a GM verify whether you're connecting from the correct account. In the mean time, please see if you're having issues logging into your account through the Control Panel as well.

 

I can log into the control panel no problem on all my accounts. When I get home I’ll download the new patch and see if it’s working. If not I’ll follow up here.

 

So I’m able to log in from my laptop just not my desktop. I’m assuming there is an issue with my firewall on my desktop I’ll investigate further and see if I can figure it out
