Im trying to figure out how its ok to say vulgar things to these chats but not in a party chat or in all chat. I am having a hard time finding the rule for this
As far as I'm aware we don't ban players for saying something in a chat another player can leave or block other players from. In that case they can take their own responsibility to keep it clean by leaving and or blocking the player using profane language. All chat however can not be blocked or left unless you leave the map, which is why we ban for that as well as whispers.
Thanks for your reply. Yea i was just told by another GM that it was ok to say vulgar things in guild and party chat but not in a party chat
The GM then informed me it was in the T&C and said maybe i should read it and i havnt found anything that singles out that its ok to say that in guild or buddy chat.
It doesn't say you can use it in buddy/guild chat, it does say keep this kind of language in private, if you read the link under the TL; DR version http://royals.ms/forum/threads/some-clarity.2835/ If you are partying with people you don't know showing some respect is always a good idea.
