Where do you find the hair and face npc?

    Hey guys, i'm new to this private server and I was just wondering, where do i find the hair npc and the face npc for male characters? If anyone of you guys know please reply I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

    Wander around the various towns, enter the barber shops and plastic surgeons shops and buy the coupons from them for 1m each.
