Where does 100% helmet int and 100% overall int drop?

    Is it gacha only?

    Also, is there any database that is at least kind of reliable for this server? bbb.hidden-street.net?

    bbb.hidden-street.net is what most people use. It's about 90% reliable in my experience.

    AFAIK those two scrolls only come from gacha. 100% overall int comes from showa gach, not sure about helm.

    I remember getting a 100% Helmet for Into in CBD Gachapon. You're better off farming Drakes or a certain ToT mob for Helmet for Int 60%.
