Where does one get a Crushed Skull?

    Hi all,

    I've searched the forums, but didn't find a similar thread.
    Can you get the Crushed Skull from the Crimsonwood Exchange Quest (as Hiddenstreet BBB suggests) on this server?
    If so, where do I get Stormbreaker badges? (because the map with stormbreakers is unreachable AFAIK)
    If not, how else can I obtain a Crushed Skull?

    map with stormbreakers on the way to CWK exist, we just dont have CWK itself.

    Exchange quest doesn't work though. Only source of crushed skulls AFAIK is perion gacha.
