Where is the Donor NPC?

    Do you have to donate first to see it? I'm definitely wanting to donate, but I want to know how many points it takes to get what I want. I understand I'm not purchasing anything (yaknow legal reasons and what not), but I still want to know.

    Are the RPs = the NX cash amounts in the donor section of the CS?

    Google and searching the forum didn't help, so I decided to make a thread. It's like 5 AM though, so I might be looking over stuff.

    If you type ~donator in game an NPC will open explaining everything:

    In the Cash Shop there is a Donor tab where all the items cost RP. It does say NX because this is not editable, but you can only buy these with RP. RP is shown at the bottom of the screen in red:
