White Earphones overriding effect of Snow Bloom

    Hi All,

    As per title, White Earphones [earring] overriding effect of Snow Bloom [cape].

    But im not sure if this is intended tho.

    This is without White Earphones

    This is with White Earphones

    Effect from Snow Bloom is gone, both are RP items

    I also tried equipping Snow Bloom after White Earring, result is the same.

    Can someone check and confirm if the overriding is intended please?

    This is working as intended, when 2 NX/RP items have effects, only 1 can occur

    But can we suggest for cape effect to overring earring? Since cape effect, in this case, is more dominant
