Not Bug White Essence not dropping

    The item needed for cap Latanica Area boss in Ghost Ship dont drop anymore or the drop rate changed a lot i cant find any i was there 10 hours ago and they dropped with no problem.

    They drop from Mr.Anchor Ghost Ship 6 (White Essence)

    MAJOR ISSUE i cant grind and no area boss must have some priority

    You get them through the Ralph chain quest, it's not suppose to drop from Anchors.
