so just after my 36 gachapon tix in NLC, I got a white scroll and some other scroll. I see that I have a 100% luk cape so I decided to use it, but it vanished along with white scroll, although the luk effect has added to my cape, white scroll did not.
When using a white scroll it vanishes even if the scroll passed. The only difference between using and not using a white scroll is that if the scroll fails a slot isn't used up.
