IGN: CaptNando Problem: White scroll dissapeared Details: Received an auf split in form of a ws + mesos, after which I went to gacha in shrine. Doing gacha I got a 30% scroll which I used on a pyrope wep using the legendary spirit (which had the use ws option checked). Upon realized the checkmark I alt+f4 ed before the bar animation went thru. Logged back in and realized the ws and the 30% polearm scroll were no longer on my inv and the polearm I used still has all slots left. Is it possible to get that WS+polearm scroll back? Spoiler: Use inv with no ws or polearm scroll The dark scrolls seen in the pic are as follows: staff 30 (4), gun 30(2), bow 30 (1), 1h axe 30(1), xbow 30(1), wand 30(1), 2h sword 30(1), dagger 30(1) and top str 30(1) Spoiler: Polearm with all slots
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund in this instance. What happened here was the 30% scroll was used and failed. The item did not boom, and the white scroll saved the slot. Once you drag the scroll onto the legendary spirit interface, both scrolls are used. The loading bar is more for suspense, I suppose (although you could just switch to your equipment tab to find out the result early.) Spoiler: Example As someone who has stupidly lost white scrolls by scrolling on two separate occasions, put them in storage immediately. We do plan to improve the interfaces involving white scrolls, as we've stated before. Sorry this happened.
