IGN: Nathalie Problem: Used a white scroll by mistake Details: I was trying to scroll earrings with 10% and i had some white scrolls on my inventory, it showed me the "do you want to use a white scroll" box at the first try and to be honest i was a bit lazy to press "cancel" but instead pressed "ESC" since it doesn't say anywhere that ESC = OK but rather pressing it should be a "go back" lol. Also, im close to 100% sure that it consumed the item slot and the white scroll together. If it is not too much to ask i would like you to test it out since im pretty sure it did consume both. The item was a clean Branch nose i got from gacha yesterday, tried to scroll with a face hp 10%, white scroll box showed up, pressed ESC key and the face scroll, the ws and the item slot were gone after that. I don't know if this information helps but i got the three items (white scroll, branch nose and face hp scroll) at the same time with 5 gacha tickets (face scroll hp> branch nose > white scroll >another face scroll hp > elixir) and that's also why im pretty sure that the item was clean since it was a short 5 tickets gacha run and my inventory was pretty much empty so i recall what i got/had: 2 face 10% scrolls (now 1), 2 white scroll on inv (now 0 coz i moved to storage lol), 1 branch nose. The only thing i see that could've happened is that i looted it from somebody else on fm or something and it was another branch nose while npc'd mine; tried to scroll it yesterday and can't remember it coz it was too late and you know, when you loose something your mind might play games on you to give you the reason, but still ESC is not the same as pressing ok and it doesnt say anywwhere that it will use your white scroll if you press it instead of pressing ok, i meant to go back lol.
Hello, unfortunately we cannot refund you a White Scroll in this situation. However, I will forward this to the rest of Staff to confirm whether the escape key will consume a White Scroll and to discuss whether additional warning text is necessary. Thank you.
We've had two GMs test and they have confirmed at least on their end that pressing the ESC key actually does not use a White Scroll.
Then it in fact dissapeared and was not used, it explains too the slot missing on the item because I didn't touch ok/cancel at all but did escape key and the scroll wasn't there anymore. I'm 100% sure about 2 things: 1.- I had 2 white scrolls at that moment on my inventory because I just got those a few hours early. 2.-I pressed esc and 1 white scroll were used (dissapeared?) From my inventory. I wasn't too sure about the item being clean but it likely was since I had no any other branch nose on my inventory and I know I got one from the same gacha session. I've checked both my other character (since I got 1 ws on my NL then another on bish with minutes of difference and passed both to my bish to trade with chaos) and their storages, but i only had 1 on it and 2 chaos on storage which I had previous to this. I don't really care too much about getting a refund on the scroll per se since I wasn't expecting it at all with 5 tickets (ofc I'd be glad to have it back, but doesn't hurt that hard if I dont lol) but if this can be replicated this could be a serious issue to some people.
