Not Bug Whitelisted but cannot vote

me and my friends have applied for the whitelist, and you guys have approved it already. however, there is a problem now as the whitelist seemed to have reset, only 1 person can vote per day. i know that 1 person uses wifi and the rest use 3G, but even with that it does not work. could you guys help check if our whitelist had been accudentally cancelled or sth??
my character account is: louis,
my friends character account is: cindy, pinky

 

The whitelist only has the function for us to know whether you are vote abusing or not, it does not affect your actual voting.
If you one of you two can't vote it means you have probably done something wrong.
Do you both use the same computer?

 

there are 3 of us living in the same house, and we share 2 computers

 

Then that's likely the problem, you won't be able to have 3 people vote with only 2 computers as the system will think 2 of those 3 players are the same person.

 

so how do it solve it??

 

The 3rd player will need to be able to log in to a 3rd computer, else you will have to take turns.
