Why don't exist Private servers of JMS or KMS?

    I always asked this. In my entire life I didn't see a JMS or KMS private server. Why? copyright things? thnx

    Probably lack of interest by the community and a developer who has the skills to code such a server and also speaks Japanese/Korean.
