Why have i been banned? my IGN is 6yes6. I have no idea why i have been banned.
Look at where ive been logged in, its the same IP adress all the time so how come ive been banned?

You were banned for account sharing.

 

I suspect u banned for telling a guy that it was my brother.. i Said that only because i didnt wanna talk to him.
Please check if i've been inlogged in another IP-adress than this computer.
You banned me because someone said something that i was just joking around with.

and that person was ME! I didnt want to talk to a person in my buddy list, thats why i said it was my brother..

 

It would have been much better to simply ignore that person or tell them you didn't feel like talking to them. Even if it was you saying that, you made a believable claim to be account sharing which is a bannable offense.

 

I didnt wanna be rude. How could I know that the consequense of that could be becoming banned.
You ban me for fooling around and for a technicality. I've been playing the game frequantly for a year and you ban me just for a line that was a joke, and its not true!

I am not sure who Kaidenus is. What I am sure of is that a claim was made on your character that account sharing was happening.
I also find it odd that your initial post here points out how you have never logged in from another IP, which is highly suspect to say when you had no information on why you were banned.

 

After i got banned i read the rules and suspected that someone printed my conversation with kaidenus when i said that my little brother was in my account at that moment.

So u are also banning me on suspicion? and what happened to you're "first offense: 30 days ban" (not that i accept it)

 

Because 'someone' on your account claimed to be your brother and then was attempting to sell things on the account, those actions are deemed as major account sharing. You were gaining an unfair advantage by having someone else on your account, therefor it is punishable by a permanent ban.

I was selling a 9att FS because i have a 12 att FS. i was selling a 9att BFC because i have a 12 att BFC!
offcourse i was trying to sell my items, since when did that become illegal??

 

Whether or not it was actually you is a moot point, as an account sharing claim was made on your character.

 

U guys must be kidding me. So u ban me permanently because someone claim im account sharing.
Instead of looking at my IP-adress and confirm that is was me, u want me to be banned.
So in other words, u ban all that claim someone is sharing accounts?

 

It doesn't matter what IP is connecting to your account, or even the computer. If it is someone other than the account owner controlling your character, that is account sharing and it is a bannable offense due to the unfair advantage gained by having someone else play for you.

 

ONCE again, IT WAS ME! i've told u the true story and still u dont wanna accept it. You cant ban ppl on technicalities and claims. U have to have proof.
The only proof u have is me "fooling" around and joking that it wasnt me but im telling you that it was me, i even know what i said during that conversation and where i was and what i was doing. What else do you want me to explain for you?
you give ppl a 14 days ban while using racist words but you ban me permanently for doing a stupid misstake because i didnt want to talk to someone in my buddy list and i didnt want to be rude!
