why I can't transfer 3 job?

    抱歉。我滾的ID是“happyshrimp”。
    我現在LV70和我用我所有的SP在1和2的工作，但我也不能轉3的工作！
    我去看看3職業，老師4倍以上。奇怪的是，我可以看到轉會窗口，但經過我交談的3人大工作我不能接受的追求。
    請幫幫我！

    sorry . the ID of my roll is "happyshrimp". I'm LV70 now and I have used all of my SP in 1 and 2 job,but I also can't turn to 3 job! I had gone to see 3 job teacher over 4 times. Strangely,I can see the transfer's window,but I CANNOT ACCEPT the quest after I talk to the 3 job NPC. Please help me!
