Why I cant vote?

    So I had a mapleroyals account and I was voting everyday. And after a while I got my brother to start play on this private server but ever since he joined it seems that only one of us can vote per day. And im like why is this happening? Even though my brother stays in my grandparents house which is different from where I stay and even has different internet connection why does it only let one of us vote per day? Is it because of some connection with our emails? I just dont know what could cause this problem. I tried this from many different places and it still wont let both of us vote everyday. plz help.

    Have you logged in using a different computer than his, or have you only tried voting from a different location?

    I tried from different places and computers and internet connections but still its the same. Its like 1 vote registers for both of the accounts. And its weird cause there is no connection between the accounts except maybe some info about the emails.

    If you've been using different computers and internet connections, then there's no possible way for you to be linked to your brother's account.

    Having looked into your situation, I am to believe that you tried to lie to us in an attempt to be allowed to vote abuse.
    The accounts that have the characters 20seven and neves02 on them happen to have the exact same Date of Birth and PIN code registered to them.
    Additionally they've also been played from the exact same location, logging in within 1 minute of each other on the same computer.
    With this said it's obvious to us that you have been playing both of these accounts since they were online at the same time on the same pc, and since you've claimed that one of these accounts belongs to your brother you've now been banned for 30 days for account sharing. Due to the circumstances this ban duration is not negotionable.
