Understandable. "You're also accused of vote abusing." A tip: It is not a good idea to put a rule and not enforce it till much much later. Been hanging around and seeing a lot of Vote Abuse bans and to be honest, you can not blame the community for taking advantage of complacency. Banning 10-20% of the community ain't healthy. I do not see GMs being banned or penalized for slacking of with this. Food for thought.
