Windows 10 issues

    Hi, I upgraded to windows 10 recently due to work but I couldnt seem to get mapleroyals to run. I followed the instructions that someone posted to add some exlusion but it didnt work as well. I tried disabled all my firewall and virus protection but to no avail. Anybody has any clue to fix the issue ?

    It really depends on the error code as each error code means something

    We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, firewall block or other network issues. < there

    Probably either Anti Virus blocking access, or ISP blocked the network

    Could you test login with your mobile hotspot to see if its network or account issue?

    Do also ensure your files are the latest, 19th Nov before logging in

    Hmm, still having the same issue.

    I can access the website = not ISP block? or is there a way to find out if the ISP is blocking the application?
    And also I have no Anti Virus installed on my system. (Windows Defender Antivirus disabled)

    ISP could block the port to Royals, which is different from website

    Did you test logging in with hotspot?

    I see, unfortunately my PC does not have a Wifi receiver on it. So it is hard to tell.

    You probably need to do a port test after confirming what ports are used for MapleRoyals with the Staff

    So i checked , mapleroyals server uses port 8484 (someone corect me if im wrong)
