Quest Winston NPC quests

The NPC Winston on North Rocky Mountain: Mini Rocky Road has some quests that aren't working.

I Can't finish the quest Eliminate Monsters from the Site (Level 25 and above), and can't talk with the npcs of the 2nd part of the quest The Old Tree.

As for the old tree quest, that one is one of the first ones I reported as broken. None of the NPCs needed for the "Truth of the rumor" part will allow you to accept the quest.
However I was able to finish the excavation site one. What keeps you from finishing it? Does it not let you turn it in or not show as completed? I had that issue with a different killing quest, I forfeited it and re-did it and it worked again.

 

When i deliver it, it makes the sound of the delivering and shows the green thing around me, but nothing happens. I can deliver it like 50 times and the 50 times i wont get the reward....

 

The Eliminate Monsters from the Site quest from Winston where he asks you to kill 300 Rocky Masks and 200 Wood Masks isn't completing for me. The quest helper counter accurately says that I've killed the right amount but I never got a pop up saying it was completed. I try talking to him an he tries to give me the reward but nothing happens.

 

Common bug. One counts for the other so it tells you you're done when you really aren't. Kill 300 of each.

Try forfeiting and re-doing it. The ghost ship quests do that too.

Bug: I cannot receive the awards. When i click ok, my character blinks, indicating i finished quest. But the finished quest book is still above his head. Fix this asap please
