    We don't usually give refunds without a screenshot, unless you can remember the time you entered Krexel (servertime) the people who were in your party and what % Krexel was at. If you can remember that information, you could try posting a character issues thread explaining that you didn't take a screenshot as you weren't expecting to get banned.
