I entered the Egg PQ through Henesys's FM NPC. Upon completion of the Egg PQ, i was teleported to the winner's portal section (which i dced, not sure if this might affect). Upon relog & talking to the NPC to exit, i was teleported to the maple administrator in ludibrium. This issue is somewhat similar to last Halloween Event where completion of it resulted in always exiting in Henesys (regardless where you entered from).
