Closed Wrongfully banned?

Here is what really happened though, I have a friend of mine living in israel who got blocked on all accounts he's entered.. the only problem is, he did not enter my account.
I did when i visit him we're good friend and I found out we were both playing so I also played in his house.
He got banned for Vote Abuse, the funny thing is, not only did i not abuse the voting system even if i were to vote from his place, but i actually never did vote in any of the days i logged in his house, how do i know that? i just never remember to vote luckily...
If that could be checkd that'd be greatly appreciated, I wonder why it was not checked prior to banning every account logged through that particular IP whether they voted or not..
Another thing is im currently on my laptop in which i dont play mapleroyals at all, if need be i can come from my desktop and provide an IP from which i actually do play sometimes, you can check the proximity to his house possibly and see that we both live very close to each other, you could also see as a guarentee that at any point that account was logged through his IP, my computer at home was closed therefore was not running royals simultaneously.
I haven't played in a while only from his house for fun to get back to the game a little so you wont see lot of logins from me in general recently
anyway my point is I was caught in someone elses Ban that had nothing to do with me nor did I break any rules I'm looking forward to a response..

if you mean waht other as in classes, im pretty sure it has a level 30 bandit, a low low level rouge with throwing stars.. uh probably a warrior in his 2nd job.. no other 3rd job on that account for sure let alone 4th other than that one bishop

 

hey I wrongfully created a thread about this thinking it was deleted because it dropped to the 2nd page... its been since friday that I never received a follow up on a ban I should've never had in the first place, this is to bump the thread and remind you guys im still waiting for an answer.. I cant play the game..

no thats not true... the ID thats exactly similar to the ID of this forum account is most definitely banned and msot definitely is not the same IP as my friends, I'm on the whitelist cuz im not the only player in this household, youre right the other two can indeed access their accounts but i can not access mine which was accessed through my buddy's IP several times, but thats certainly not the same IP im using from my house... this sounds like something that could be checked, I am indeed still blocked from connection from that IP in my own home in which i was never accused of anything, to make sure I asked my brother to log into his and it worked.. im the only one in this household who can not play the game.
but i did give you wrong info though, my ign was JennLove and i said it backwards.
the IGN of my buddy who got banned is LeftThrower
with this better given info maybe theres something to do, you could check the IP and see that its still banned from my actual home.

You're literally not banned at all. The account that LoveJenn is on has no bans associated with it. You are most likely trying to connect from an IP that's blocked.

 

No shane, the ign is JennLove not LoveJenn, thats different... please check that one instead. besides the IP is most definitely not blocked because people who live in this household managed to log into their accoutns thru this computer using this IP, no VPN no nothing..

 

You literally put LoveJenn as your ign... since you say your ign is JennLove, you're permanently banned for major vote abuse.

 

yes exactly, there we go thats exactly my point shane, i was wrongfully banned because i accessed this account when visiting my friend, he got banned for vote abuse and since i logged from his house i got caught up in it. now were getting somewhere, plus during this major vote abuse times first of all i was still allowed to vote once for my own account once a day even tho im not logged from my own home, but even that was never done since i forgot, luckily i guess.. that particular account never voted throughout the time period of the alleged vote abuse
now thats my actual point looking forward to a response

 

Both JennLove and LoveJenn share the same account information. I'm not going to continue this any further, considering you were evading a permanent ban for vote abuse.

 

Also, even if you got caught up in your friend's vote abuse from playing at their place before, you were also vote abusing in 2018 with the characters HerBaby and HisBaby on your own computer.
