Wrongfully Banned

    Why do you think you got banned?:My cousin had been banned for harassment, and he had asked me to try logging into his account to see if he actually got banned, so i logged off my account and tried to log onto his and it was banned, and i tried logging back into mine and mine was banned too.
    What GM banned you (optional):no idea.

    An explanation would be apreciated :) thanks !

    Edit: Also both of my brothers' accounts are also banned. IGN :IGotaMangina, UsedForHS
    Edit 2: My cousin was playing at his house, when he had asked for me to check it at my house.

    You do not log into other people's accounts as this is classed as account sharing. See the T&C. If you attempt logging into a banned account using a different computer, it will think that the banned player is using a new computer, and will ban that one from creating or logging into accounts too...

    Okaay i understand , we do not share accounts it was just a simple favor asked from my cousin will not happen again, is there a chance that our ip will get unbanned since my brothers didnt do anything? It didn't occur to me that doing the favor was considering account sharing. And again wont happen again. My apologies .

    For me to unban you without unbanning the accused account is unnecessary trouble caused by your mistake of attempting to log onto the banned account. I would prefer it if you were just to wait out the temporary ban as it should be automatically lifted soon.

    understandable matt, thank you for the response ! see you soon! just a quick question tho, i had gotten the ban on march 4th at about 7 pm pacific, and it said my ban was to be lifted march 8th 3:29 am which is almost 4 days instead of 3 is it because of the timezone difference ? and i should be unbanned at march 7th around the time of the ban? thanks.

    PST is 8 hours behind server time, so yes it is correct. Please refer to the server clock situated on the main website homepage.
