My mouse has 5 buttons. I want to use the 2 extra buttons. Button 4 to open the inventory. Button 5 to click repeatedly. This way, I can quickly sell items to the NPC. Using Joy2Key is allowed. You can hold the Y key while selling equips and it will skip through the confirmation window. Then you can just double click on each item.
