Since the turkey event I am not able log on to another client. After logging on to another char either one or both clients dc within 1-10 seconds. This has been happening during any time of the day, on any channel on any of my characters. With no exception. The game is borderline playable on single client allthough I still often dc. Today I noticed that most of my dc's have been on during specific events. Such as: Zakum spawns Krex spawns Entering/Leaving Area Honorable mention: Saying "Yes" to Murt at LHC Gacha or to the Girl for Ellin Exchange. (Gached about 400 tix this week and did not dc at the "real" gacha's) When I just dc'd while turning in my stack of totems this happened. Its the main reason I am making this post since it might hold a clue what is going on while all other things might be coincidence or me just cherry-picking the countless dc's. Yes, this is an unedited screenshot. This is what was showing after I droppepd when I said "Yes" to Murt. It looks fairly not intended. I am definitly not knowledgeable by any means about whatever tech. But it seems to me that you need something specific to go wrong to end up here. Sadly, I have not tried interacting with Murt on the log in screen from the screenshot. Allthough I doubt it would be interactable I am 99.999999999% sure it has nothing to do with my connection (or Royals, or my ISP). I have been using cable for years and have never experienced any connection issues ever for any game in the last ~5 years, I don't dc in OSRS while dcing in Royals. My youtube video keeps playing like always and I am still in the discord call. There are no lag spikes or the stable 300ms latency I used to play Warcraft3 with back in the day. Its as good as any gamer wants it to be (I live with other gamers and neither they have ever experienced any connection issues). There has been some power issues in my house cousing my router to lose power but I do notice the difference between all the lights staying on while I DC, without any lag beforehand. Or if all the lights go out in a blink and I slowly lag out over, idk, ~30 seconds. All my drivers are up to date. I can play any game I want without any issues whatsoever. Its only MapleRoyals that just keeps dying on me. Pls I am juggling 4 use and 3 etc inventory slots and dont want to drop trade that Taru Totem to my mules that I just got from lhc T.T
Have you done a ping test to confirm if the connection is smooth It's not accurate to use other connections such as YouTube or Discord to determine that as the each service's service host are in different locations (Royals would be in UK or EU region) CMD test Open CMD and type ping 51.68.205.179 -t And let it send about 50~100 times Note: Ctrl C to stop the continuous pings
Yes. Although gh, eolo client seems to be improven since 89. I am fairly certain that its due to being a low-end user on an older device. I'll have it installed on a better device later today an pray
Took a break Got my pc back up Pc has severe package drop issues occasionally (~25% loss for a few minutes, several times per day) Zero issues like described before, can play with multiple clients again. Can make it through Leafre in a single attempt every single time. No dc on boss spawn, no dc on starting npc-chat dialogues. No dc's on top right smega chat boxes No more crazy lag spikes at Eph. Haven't died a single time in last 2 days from lag spikes instead of about once or twice per day. Game is very fine and 100% playable again.
