Character Name: Betoo, Bety Where are you having an issue(s): Cannot get past character selection screen Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT): Since yesterday 24/05/2022, Tried again today. Details of the issue: When I get the to the character select, type in my PIC, and it blackscreens. After that the "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" message pops up. I did the following: - restart my laptop -uninstall game and reinstall -restart modem -use mobile data hotspot What error code were you given(if any): "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" If it can be replicated, please provide a screenshot or recording of the issue occurring:
Update: It only happens when I use one of my computers, I can log in just fine when I use another one
PC specific sounds like it may be a MAC Ban, however, there are a few things I would like to have you forego before it is ruled as definitely being such as we'd like to be certain. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges, type in without the quotes the following 3 lines: "IPConfig /release" and hit the enter key followed by typing "IPConfig /renew" and once that is complete, type "netsh winsock reset" and after that type "exit" and restart your PC. After you've restarted your PC, attempt to login to the game as you normally would. If the issue persists, then it is indeed at that point most likely a MAC Ban at which point I recommend submitting an appeal to the GMs via the 'Ban Appeal' forums.
