Solved [Solution Given] you have been disconnected after i click character

    just downloaded, and after I choose character I made it disconnects me? what to do

    You start by disabling, Hamachi, Microsoft loopback adapter and Hotspot Shield.

    * Disable your antivirus and firewall
    * Restart your pc and modem

    I dont have hamachi or hotspot shield, no idea what microsoft loopback adapter is so I quess I don't have it.

    I don't have antivirus. Tried to disable firewall, didn't work. Also added that maple royals can communicate with firewall (whatever is it, firewall --> allow an app or feature throught windows firewall)
    And I also tried to restart my pc and modem. Neither did work.

    Can you try login on another character on the same account if that works.

    If that don't help and if you have the option try login from another computer.

    If you don't have another computer if you have the option to login to another internet like connect to your phones 3g

    It will help to know if it's your computer or if it's your internet.

    Tried all those 3 things.
    On laptop, it didn't disconnect me but freezes immediately when I choose character. Is there simple way to fix this?
    At least we know it's not about my internet.

    How can you tried all when you don't say anything about trying with another network.

    You just said it freezes you on your laptop as well.

    I guess I wasn't clear, I did try my mobile phones network on my computer and still didn't work, and I did try make another character.

    Could you try use your laptop and phone internet cause that both computers and switching internet won't work is weird.

    YES! It workks on my laptop, when I tried again :D so now we know it's not about my internet connection.

    That's good seems like for some reason that computer has a MAC ban on it.

    I can't post links since im on my phone but make a post in character issues and use the correct format.

    You should tell them that there is a possible mac ban on your conputer and that your laptop works to play with.
