When I log on to the game and try to start, this pop-up appears. "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again later" And the game is over. Please help me.
Hi, I know I should be creating a separate thread when dealing with issues, but in this case, I am having the same problem as @rkdsoddl234. Same error message. I've tried everything I've found in the forums and discord server: Restarting my modem. Restarting my PC. Downloading the client multiple times to confirm there isn't any corrupt files. Also changing compatibility setups (Compatibility with W7, Win XP SP 2 and 3 and didn't work). Still no success on it. Curiously, I ran a virtual machine and game ran like a charm, problem is that VMs are quite uncomfortable and I'd rather not to need to run a VM just to play maplestory if possible. Thjis is my PC: AMD Ryzen 1700 32 GB 2400Mhz Ram Graphic Card GTX 1080 Duke OS Windows 10 64-bit.
If you are unable to login with MapleRoyals.EXE, have you tried MapleRoyalsFullScreen.EXE as well? Not too sure about this error as it can caused by various reasons Supposed if you are able to login via VM instead of PC, might be a MAC address ban (only a Staff able to confirm if so)
I guess that should be the reason, since none of the clients are working. I have no idea why I got banned honestly. But yeah, I might aswell submit a ban appeal, I don't know which account got banned tho, don't remember having one.
