Since then, I have logged off all of my accounts and cannot log into any of my accounts. Why do you think you got banned?: I'm using my university's dorm internet, which is shared by other residents. It might be a technical glitch or someone in my housing complex may have gotten the dorm IP blacklisted. I'm not sure what happened. *I am able to log in to my characters using my phone's hotspot and internet, but not while I am on the dorm internet.* Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." It happens when I'm using dorm internet and click the "Login" button. Sometimes it D/Cs me before I click the "Login" button. It's been happening repeatedly. What GM banned you (optional): Unknown. I'm not sure if it's an actual ban. Sorry if it isn't!
I wouldn't trust dorm internet for logging into royals, especially if it's publicly accessible by people (not password protected). I had this issue at my college when using their public wifi connection as well. Try using a VPN or keep using your phone internet, though the second option might have to be as a last resort. If this is an issue that didn't happen before, I'd check with your dorm officials to see if they can reset the connection, but that might be an awkward conversation to have. You're not banned by the way.
