    Every day upon logging into mapleroyals, I have faced the same issue everyday. However the problem "solved" by itself by reconfiguring the firewall or resetting my modem/network connection. That is how I have been playing for the past 3 days. But, it became a recurring issue the next day (today) again, and I have tried every solution including installing the new patch files yet I cannot login to my character upon selecting it.

    Would like to seek advice from the GMs or anyone who has faced this issue.

    Try run this test

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/

    IP address for test: 51.68.205.179

    This will show where the issue lies within the many 'pipes' between you and the server.
    Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start.
    Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.

    Not seeing any issues based on the test results attached

    Are you unable to log in to only 1 character, or all characters?

    And this issue persists despite installing the latest update?

    Are you able to test login with your mobile network?

    This is to confirm whether it's a PC/account issue, or network issue

    i am unable to login with a mobile network as my PC only supports a wired connection

    Are you able to double-check your anti-virus firewall settings to confirm if anything is blocking Royals?

    Also, is the network in a school or workplace?

    yup the firewalls are unblocked for Royals same goes for anti-virus firewall settings as well.
    This network is a home network

    Please try to create another character and test if you are able to login that instead

    Can you also confirm the date displayed on the top left of your client?

    The date displayed on my client is 16 May 2021. Alright ill test it on another character
