    Last thing you did: Training at Zombie place (Elnath)
    Why do you think you got banned?: When I was travelling in Korea, I really wanted to play MapleRoyals so I downloaded the game in PC Cafe and played there resulting in playing in two different countries maybe that's why? (I deleted the game after I finished playing just in case)
    Ban message when attempting to log in: As soon as I select my character to play I receive this message: You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later.

    It looks like you're trying to connect with an invalid MAC address.

    This is usually caused by VPNs. We recommend that you disable or uninstall your VPN before trying to connect again.

    Thank you for your quick response. I noticed that VPN was installed in my computer (which I never use). I uninstalled it and now I can access my characters. Thank you so much for your help!
