    I do not have any VPN services installed. I am using my own IP address

    Thanks for responding to DMs.

    Looks like the information provided matches and the outcome is still the same with what I can see from my side.

    Please use task manager to double check all applications running on your device as sometimes programs can download and install a VPN service without your knowledge.

    Other things to try is:
    • Create a new account and see if you can log in with that new account.
    • Restart your router to obtain a new IP address and see if that works.
    • Use a new device and see if you can log into your account on that new device.
