What error code were you given(if any): Refer to the image below If it can be replicated, please provide a screenshot or recording of the issue occurring: I have already followed the steps from the FAQ page on character issues; but still didn't work. I read another thread that they solved this problem by uninstalling their VPN, I do not have any VPN's on my laptop. MapleRoyals was working perfectly fine this morning... Please advise.
