"You have been disconnected from the login server"

    Recently my account was banned for 3 days for offensive language. I made a new account and on that new account I was able to make a new character but after, when i tried to play the game by clicking on my character I would just disconnect and see the words "You have been disconnected from the login server" I tried this several times then I decided just to give up. When my account wasn't banned, today (10/16/13). I decided to give it a try. But still, the same result. I even tried deleting then installing the game again, nothing changed. Could somebody please tell me how to fix this or fix this for me? thank you!
