I am not sure who is able to help me with this issue but I have just started created and playing this game today. I have just created my IGN called MinoriChan and is Level 12 now. I tried logging in but kept on getting the error message "You have been disconnected from the server" after I've inputted my PIC. I have also tried to create another character and another account and was still hit with the same issue. I also redownloaded but the issue is still there. Thank youu!!
Hello. You are not banned but are connecting with a mac address that is blocked. You will need to remove the faulty mac address before you can connect again. It is 00-00-00-00-00-00.
Your VPN likely causes the fake MAC address, you should be able to login upon turning off the VPN Note: you would have to consult with the VPN company on how to disable the fake MAC address if you wish to login with VPN
