Voting on the same account more than once per 24 hours, or voting on more than one of your accounts per 24 hours, is what is considered vote abuse. Admins are the only ones who have access to the voting logs, and they are the ones who issued your vote abuse ban. I can request them follow up with you on here if you would like. But in the meantime: Do you play Royals in a public place, such as a school dorm, an internet cafe, hotel/motel, library, etc?
Closing this thread as the ban was adjusted to a temporary ban for minor vote abuse (by our admins). The ban has expired and I see the user was able to log in again.
