    Ive been trying to do the zakum prequest for three times and everytime i got dc'd
    is there something to do about it?

    There are not any known bugs or glitches, so it was probably caused by the old source code.
    Sadly you don't get warped or refunded for zak pre quest.

    I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, it will get better.
