So recently I've been trying to do the Zak Prequest stage 1. Yesterday, when I was doing it and I had already collected 5 keys, the server decided to be a dick and crash on everyone. I just decided to do it tomorrow after I slept. So as I'm doing it again and having collected 6 Keys and basically about to get my 7th, the server decides to freeze up again for everyone, not just me. It took me 20minutes, and I was just wondering if I could get the Keys back or no...
Sadly no There has been policy not to refund for zakum pre quest for a very long time, you will have to try until you are done with it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
