Hello! I'm a new player, and have recetly made two attemps at buying myself a Zakum helmet. Both times my squad has downed zakum, and as he dies and the drop becomes visible i disconnect. The first time i figured it was a problem on my end so i just did another run, where the same thing accoured. On the second run i took a screenshot, where you can clearly as my character alive and well, with the drop visible as well as a crash message. I looked around on common/known bugs and saw nothing about this. I figured GM's would want this reported since its fairly annoying being unable to obtain a helmet. Thank you for your time! (ps yes I do realize both my monitors got captured since i couldnt screencap a crashed program, don't roast me too hard )
I had a similar problem. For the last body, just keep changing graphic settings under system options. Keep graphics on lowest and move the slider up once, then wait 30 seconds or so, move it back down. Repeat until Zak is dead.... This worked for my wife and me. Apparently the better your pc is, the worst the game runs. And it has problems with Nvidia graphics cards as well. Good luck.

It's really not that bad. And if you're buying a Zhelm, it's not like you need to be DPSing anyway. Just change the gfx up and down a bit on the last body. I was still able to drop mesos and explode them while doing this on my bandit to get a bit more exp. So far this is the only boss I've seen this happen on. I've had no issues with any of the others.
