The whole party got warped back to the one map before "Entrance to Zakum Altar".

Around 8~9pm (PST June 2), after all people signed for the zakum, as soon as party leader clicked the NPC to get into the Zakum Altar, the whole party

got warped back. Don't remember the name of every people.

And I got another party for Zakum around 5am (PST June 3). The whole party was at the Entrance to Zakum Altar trying to sign in. I was able to sign in, but

apparently 1 guy wasn't able to sign in due to an unknown reason for awhile. After few minutes, he was able to sign in for some reason and I assume the

party leader attempted to get inside of Zakum Altar several times right after that. But it turned out that we weren't able to get in and few people already

did twice so party got disbanded

Right after the party was disbanded, I got 1 another party for Zak and tried to go in and apparently I've already entered zakum altar twice within 24

    hours.

so I was not able to get in even though I didn't go in a single time.

At 3pm (PST june 3), I got a chance to talk to GM Sila about this problem. He said, according to the system I have entered zakum at 12:07 GMT.

In addition to that, there is a record that I entered Zakum 4 times within few minutes. Could you review this bug ASAP please? All of my friends have

experienced it at least 1 time and one of them still didn't get Zakum Helmet due to this bug 2 days in a row.

Do you know how this happened?
It's already known that it happens if any of the members logs out from the game or goes into cash shop after signing up.
