Hello, Me and my party were completing the 1st zakum prequest and collected all 7 keys, unlocking the chest and obtaining the fire ore. We only had about 1m 20s left to make it back to the main area and hand in our fire ore. This should realistically have been more than enough time to hand in the ore. Sadly however, we were kicked out of the quest when we still had 45s left on the clock. See pic related, my sad character with no complete fire orb due to the early kick from the prequest.
