I just tried to drop all seven keys on to the large chest in stage one of the zakum prequest and doing so caused me to disconnect. I'm looking for reimbursement, I don't want to have to do it all over again. If I posted in the wrong section, my apologies.
As far as I know there isn't any bug with the pre quest. We don't offer refunds or rewarps for the zakum pre quest, you will have to do the first stage again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
