Hi. I will try to explain this in the best way I can because english isn't my mother tongue. So, I did the Zakum Jump Quest today, I claimed my Eyes of Fire and I got d/c, the rollback obviusly took away my Eyes of Fire. -At this time I'm still having the Gold Tooth-, I used the ~gm command and I talked with AmyLynn, she came to me and I explained the situation to her, she told me that if I got rollback, I will have to do the Zakum Jump Quest again, I asked her to talk with another GM (because I really hate ZJQ) and John came, he told me the same. Fine. I did the ZJQ again but this time my inventory was full so I didn't get the items, I asked Amy again and she checked. After a few minutes she told me I was right and she teleported me to the end of the ZJQ, I asked for my Eye of Fire one more time and got my items perfectly well this time, I checked. I did CC and came to FM, when I checked my inventory, it was full of things that I dropped before, the Eyes of fire dissapeared and I got my 30 Gold Tooth again, I never dc'd in the mean time, it was like an ETC rollback, this is the first time this happened to me. I really hope you guys can help me again. --- Another thing, in KPQ, everytime I click Clotho (the NPC inside the KPQ) I d/c. Thanks again.
Ok, then I know that the rollback issue has been fixed. In regards to your items, a GM will need to contact you and just give you the required items for ZPQ. And for KPQ, I'm not sure, can you give more details? When you click the NPC in kerning? Or when you click the NPC to get the question? Or when you give your coupons in exchange for the pass?
A GM will contact me? Or should I contact them? I don't even know if the quest is completed now. Cuz if I don't complete the quest, I will not be able to enter to the Zak Room. When I click the NPC to get the question. This never happened before (I did KPQ 2 days ago), can this be related to the Zak Prequest issue? It was a Etc rollback, totally weird.
Either try using ~gm in game, or wait for a GM to contact you. I am busy dealing with out-of-game issues today which is why I am not logging in. Regarding KPQ there was a small change to the NPC recently but it should not have made that happen. Do you know if that happens to everyone? Is nobody able to KPQ at the moment? It is not related to the earlier rollback problem.
Fine, thanks. Just me, even when I d/c, the guys in the party stay inside the KPQ and logged in without problems.
Okay, I'll need to get that investigated then. Probably won't be until much later today as I'm working on other things at the moment and I don't think any other staff members are around at the moment. I'll get somebody to update this thread with the conclusion later.
