Hello. I’ve just finished part 1 and handed all 7 keys to the chest. I then got Fire Ore. After that I handed the Fire Ore into Aura. She returned me with a Piece Of Fire Ore. I exited with the portal and headed to Adobis to continue the prequest. However when I clicked on “Observe the Zakum Dungeon. (Level 2)”. He replied back with “It seems like you’re in the middle of the 1st stage. You must clear this one before moving onto level 2. Please clear the 1st stage first.” And therefore I wasn’t allowed in. This is my first time doing the Zakum Prequest so I wasn’t sure if I messed up. Did I screw one of the steps up or is this a bug Thanks All, YellowBishop <3
It appears as you have quit while doing the first stage of Zakum pre quest, if you talked to the NPC Aura and selects the option to leave then this would have happened to you. She also does not give you a piece of fire ore, you are given it when you exit through the portal. It does look like you have a made mistake while doing the PQ, and you would need to complete it again.
