IGN: Shileen Problem: didn't get Fire ore & dead mine scrolls Details: The server time is about June 25, 2017 17:57:00. When I was doing zakum prequest part 1, the timer still had about 1 min, but it sent me out at the moment. Then I lost items as show in picture. Hoping for compensation and fixing this bug because I had done it twice with same result. Thanks for help.
the quest doesnt have any errors and the screenshot you provided does not show us that the timer stopped prematurely and kicked you out before it should have. I hope you've completed the quest by now
