isnt 100% fixed yet , it seems like each cancel has it's own cooldown , so what it does is basically casting wep def and magic def right after and so on , which is kind of worse then before because you cant hit zakum for 50% of the time .
If possible, can you provide a link to a video or other documentation that provides some evidence that both immunity skills should have a combined cooldown?
I couldn't find something that specific , but I doubt this is how it supposed to work , there isn't even 5 seconds between the cancels , unless zakum was coded that way you can only hit 50% of the time . just wondering , based on what you decided to make Zakum that way , that's it , sorry if I am wrong
I haven't been online since all of these changes however from what I'm understanding (correct me if i'm wrong) it looks like currently (in Royals) during Zakum's B1, B2 & B3 stages at any given point of time, either Cancel Weapon Attack or Cancel Magic Attack is on, in that at no point of time during the body-stage there is a moment where neither Weapon nor Magic Cancel is active? On top of that I understand that as it is right now, it alternates between Cancel Weapon Attack & Magic Attack (Such that its Weapon --> Magic --> Weapon --> Magic) without having 2 of the same in a row. I'm not entirely sure about how long the combined cool-down should be, but based on experience in official server (SEA) I'm certain that during the body-stages of Zakum there are times where neither Weapon nor Magic Cancel are active (although these moments don't last long, maybe 10-20 seconds?). Tried looking for a relevant video, and this is the closest I could find. (Forward to 4:08 for B1 onwards) Timeline of Events (for easier viewing) Cancel Weapon Attack ends at 4:57, and Cancel Magic Attack kicks in at 5:06 Cancel Magic Attack ends at 5:34, and Cancel Magic Attack kicks in at 6:00 Cancel Magic Attack ends at 6:28, and Cancel Magic Attack kicks in at 6:53 Cancel Magic Attack ends at 7:20, and Cancel Magic Attack kicks in at 8:00 Cancel Magic Attack ends at 8:29, and Cancel Weapon Attack kicks in at 8:34 Notice how Cancel Magic Attack happens for the second, third and fourth time instead of consistently alternating between Weapon and Magic? I believe it should be at random rather than alternate the way it is now. The difference however, as to how it was in Royals prior to these recent changes and how it should be, is that when Cancel Magic (or Weapon) attack is cast twice or more in a row, there is still a delayed (cooldown) period of time in-between rather than previously where it used to be such that after one ends, the other cancel (of the same type) comes on almost immediately. (Sorta like how Cancel Weapon Attack kicks in almost immediately after Cancel Magic Attack at 8:34 of the video, except for two of the same type of Cancel instead). In Summary: - Cancel Weapon Attack and Cancel Magic Attack does not necessarily alternate; one can be casted more than the other, except there is a delayed cooldown period from one Cancel to the next (of the same type) - Cancel Weapon Attack to Cancel Magic Attack (or vice-versa) can either happen almost immediately (~5 seconds) or with a delayed cooldown period where neither Cancels are active. I'm not sure if the video above could be used as concrete evidence despite being of pre-bb, as it falls under a later version than ours (post-potential) and it is from MapleSEA (doubt there's such a difference between SEA & GMS though), but as far as I can recall personally, this is how it has always been in official server.
Thanks Chance. And currently the duration and cooldown for the skills are correct and GMS-like to the video, however it just looks like Zakum is attempting the skills too often meaning the chance of getting two of the same one in a row is lower than it should be. For example, Zakum 1's immunities last 30 seconds, and have a 45 second cooldown. So this means if it uses Weapon Immunity, once the skill has finished there is a 15 second window where the mob is unable to use Weapon Immunity again (This matches the video shown). But because Zakum seems to be attempting the skills too frequently, its very likely that he will use the opposite immunity in that 15 second timeframe, causing this back and forth switching.
You will not believe i had deal the most damage with chainlighting on zakum body, we got NL and 170 lvl bucc. Also i think there is some issue with stun, sometimes it affect for a very long time like we had been stunned like 7 secs, is this normal...
