Developer Note: This is due to Meso Explosion glitch hello all. I stumbled upon an underwhelming bug after finishing a zakum run along some pals. we ran, and everything went perfectly fine. all arms defeated, first and second body too, until the third body was about to die. as we prepared ourselves for the very last few and intense seconds of the run, zakum's 3rd body just seems to... disappear. no exp, no drops. just vanished. —(the aforementioned is seen and notice how my exp bar stays at 17% before and after 'killing' the final body on the screenshots attached below)— I'm a shadower, and I tend to use both regular attacking and bombing simultaneously. I've done this M.O for several runs, and this is the very first time I experience this issue. first guess of why this could've happened, is perhaps due to my bombs being the finishing hit along with occasional server lag between us. I couldn't tell. but I honestly don't want to feel that it's my fault for my whole party not receiving exp nor drops. I'd like to kindly ask for a respective zakum's 3rd body refund. i had this bug,at the 3rd body, he disappeard for me like 3 times,and my equipment and all of the tabs were half showing,like it got cutted out.i open my equipment tab,i see only the last equipment which is the shoes,like the equip tab got cutted out.half of it.
The bug report section is not used for requesting refunds, so there is no reason for a GM to actively monitor threads for that reason. You will have to make a thread in character issues, and then you will have to continue waiting, bumping your thread does not solve anything faster. https://royals.ms/forum/forums/character-issues.55/
I am indeed reporting a bug, on the first hand. what bugs me the most is not knowing WHAT and WHY it actually happened. as for a refund, only IF we are able to get a refund, then I might consider making another thread, this time under character issues. I'm not very close to the people I bossed with, so I don't think we will ever (if ever) make it together for a refund in the future. now I am aware bumping does not help nor ease stuff at all, though. anyways, thanks for the kind reply, Andreas!
